You know when a listing is off. Or a buyer's unhinged.
But you don't know what to do about it. The staging's perfect. The marketing system's the one that's worked a hundred times. Priced right. Still not moving. Buyers who seemed aligned at the beginning suddenly fall off the rails. This is the training that gives you a method for the part of the transaction nobody taught you to name, and the language to raise it with a seller without losing the room. One year from now, you could be a Certified Fieldwork Facilitator with a license in your pocket.
No prior energy training required. That part is taught from the ground up by a realtor who walked away from her license to chase down exactly this.
Real estate school taught you comps and contracts. Nobody taught you why some homes sell in a weekend, and others sit for months: same price, same staging, same market.
The listing sits. You drop the price. You restage, reshoot, rewrite the description, change the showing times. Buyers walk in, go quiet, and leave without a reason you can write down. Meanwhile, the comparable two streets over (smaller, worse kitchen) goes in a weekend.
You already sense it when you walk in. What you don't have is a repeatable way to work out what the house is holding. That's why we're here.

Identify. Clear. Align.
Identify
Walk a property and read what is standing in the way of the sale, deliberately, the same way on the fortieth listing as the first, instead of a hunch you can't act on.
Clear
Learn the work itself from the beginning: protection, grounding, and the rest of what belongs in your kit, and practice it on real listings with your cohort.
Align
Say it in words a seller, a buyer or your broker can hear: grounded and professional. This is the part that keeps you credible.

This cohort is for you if…
- ✦You hold an active license, or you work inside the industry: agent, broker, stager, property manager, investor. No energy background required; that part is taught here.
- ✦You've had the listing that should have sold and didn't, and the explanation you gave the seller wasn't the one you believed.
- ✦You want something at listing appointments that nobody else in your market can offer, and something real behind it.
- ✦You're around people at the worst weeks of their lives (divorce, death, downsizing) and you'd like to be more useful than simply empathetic.
- ✦You need to learn to hold a boundary.
- ✦The twelve-week meeting time is set with your own cohort once you've signed up, based on everyone's time zone. The forty-one weeks of practicum that follow are the same for every cohort: Wednesdays, 10 AM EST.
- ✦Reading this list and thinking that's not quite me? You may want the other door: the energy medicine cohort page is here.
What this is honestly not
Nobody is asking you to announce anything to your brokerage. You can use every bit of this without a single line of it appearing in your marketing.
An overpriced house with a failing roof is an overpriced house with a failing roof. This addresses what's left when the fundamentals are already right.
Obstacles to a sale are often buried in the human dynamic. Knowing the difference (and saying so) is a core skill here.
Already doing Reiki, sound, stones or intuitive work, and it's the real estate side you're missing? Then the energy medicine cohort is likely the better fit. This page is built for Real Estate professionals incorporating energy into their work, not the other way around.
The first 12 weeks are transformational. The following 41 weeks are integrative.
Every session runs the same shape: teaching, practice, questions, and a closing meditation. From week five on, we work the properties you bring: your live listings, the one that won't move, and the homes that matter in your own life.
The first part of your year is a deep dive inside a small cohort: twelve people, twelve weeks, together. You'll build your own personal energy map and clear what's been in your own way, because you can't read a house through your own noise. Then everything you need to read a property and clear it, start to finish, including what you actually say to a seller afterwards.
The second part of your year, you join the full Hestia House Method community for forty-one weeks of practicum (about nine months): live sessions, working real cases, alongside practitioners and agents at every stage. It's included in your enrollment, not an add-on. This is where the work becomes part of how you run a transaction, and where you unlock the affiliate side: 33% on every clearing you refer, rising to 50% once you're certified.

We'll also let you know when the seats go. We don't sell your address, and one click unsubscribes you.
Where this actually happens.
Sessions run remotely, so the room is wherever you are.
A method for the part of the job you were never taught.
The twelve weeks give you the method and prepare you to do this work supervised. The forty-one weeks of practicum that follow (about nine months) are what prepare you to do it on your own: on your own listings, or as our affiliate. Both halves are the certification, and both are included in your enrollment. There isn't a shorter version of it.
That's deliberate. You can use the method on your own listings from the week you learn it, and the practicum is where the hard cases get worked with the room behind you rather than alone in the car.
Learn our method
You have the method and the language, and you're ready to run a clearing on a listed property start to finish: supervised, with the room behind you.
Put it into practice
Weekly, for about nine months, with the whole community: practitioners and agents in one room. Bring the listing that isn't moving, the seller who won't hear it, the estate sale nobody can agree on. This is where it becomes part of how you work.
Certified Fieldwork Facilitator
You practice the Hestia House Method independently, under your own name and the title: on your own listings, for other agents' listings, or both. A method behind you rather than an instinct you keep having to defend.
What you keep
Everything below is yours after week twelve, whether or not you continue to full certification.
The House Whisperer
Pam's book, mailed to you before we begin, and worked through together over the twelve weeks. Read in week one and referred back to all the way along.
The questionnaires
Buyer and seller intake forms that slot straight into your listing appointment and your buyer consultation.
Your protection practice
Built with you in week four. If you've ever come home flattened after a day of showings, this one alone earns its place.
Esoteric toolkit
Built with your cohort in week three: chosen and tested together, not handed to you pre-made. Each cohort builds its own, and it lives in your car rather than on display.
Session recordings
All twelve weeks, to revisit when a case in front of you calls for it.
Your cohort colleagues and mentor relationships
The people who trained beside you (agents and practitioners both) and the mentors who guided you. We don't monetize or gatekeep these relationships; you're free, welcome, and encouraged to stay connected with each other for as long as it serves you.
Your own clearing
The personal energy map and block removal you did on yourself in the first weeks. This work unblocks the practitioner, not just the properties they touch.
Plainly, what it costs.
One price, one year: $3,333 covers all fifty-three weeks: the twelve-week cohort and the forty-one weeks of practicum that follow (about nine months). The practicum is included; it isn't billed separately. Roughly the commission on one house you'd otherwise have kept reducing.
- ✦Twelve live cohort sessions: day and time set with your cohort
- ✦Forty-one weeks of practicum calls, included: Wednesdays, 10am Eastern
- ✦A private coaching session with the facilitator
- ✦Live demonstration clearings on real properties
- ✦The House Whisperer, mailed to you, worked through with the group
- ✦The buyer and seller questionnaires and full toolkit
- ✦Sessions recorded, both the cohort weeks and the practicum calls
- ✦Your affiliate link at 33% on completion, rising to 50% once certified
Two things: attend a minimum of 28 practicum sessions (take as long as you need to get there, there's no clock running) and pass a certification assessment (format TBD). Both are required; falling short of the minimum simply means certification waits.
Your copy of The House Whisperer is included. We'll mail it to you before week one: we start with it.
The digital guides are included. $399 normally, free for enrolled students. Everything they contain is taught in the room either way, so skip them if you'd rather.
There are no refunds and no cancellations. Be sure before you enroll, because energetically, once you begin a program like this, it happens. Even if you try to run away from it.
After checkout, you'll complete a short Intake & Acceptance step, a few questions about your market and your practice, so week one starts with us already knowing the room.
Pam Vitaz
Pam was a licensed realtor. She sat in the same listing appointments, took the same price-reduction calls, and walked through hundreds of properties that were priced right and staged well but still weren't selling, which is a different thing entirely from teaching this from the outside.
Twenty-two years between two worlds, real estate and energy work, went into building Identify, Clear, Align: a method to name what agents already sense and can't put in a listing description. It comes out of live transactions rather than theory: what a seller will actually hear, what keeps you credible with your broker, and where the work quietly ends.

Questions agents actually ask
Do I need any energy training to start?
No. This cohort is built for people who came in through real estate, not through a modality. We teach the perception work from the beginning, and most agents find they were already doing a rough version of it on every walkthrough without a name for it.
Do I have to tell my brokerage, or put this in my marketing?
Not a word, if you'd rather not. Plenty of graduates use the method quietly on their own listings and never label it. Others build a service around it and charge for it. Both are legitimate; the training gives you the language for either.
What do I actually say to a seller?
That's a substantial part of the twelve weeks, and the reason Align is a step of its own. You'll practice the actual sentences (for the sceptical seller, the grieving one, the family that can't agree) and you'll learn which conversations to leave alone entirely.
Does this conflict with my license or my disclosure obligations?
Nothing here replaces or contradicts your licensed duties, and we're clear about the line: this is not a property condition assessment and never gets presented as one. Disclosure rules vary by state, so we teach you to keep the two lanes visibly separate, and when in doubt, ask your broker.
Can I charge for this, or is it a value-add?
Both work. Some agents fold it into their listing service as the reason to hire them; others bill it as separate work, including for other agents' listings. You set your own rates. And when a job isn't yours to take, referring it earns 33%, rising to 50% once you're certified.
I'm busy, and my schedule isn't mine. How much time is this really?
One live session a week, plus practice between them on properties you're already walking. Your cohort sets a meeting time that works for the group once you've all signed up, so it isn't dropped on you.
What if I miss a cohort meeting in the first twelve weeks?
In the first twelve weeks, this work is deeply personally transformational, and attendance is required. If you have to miss a meeting, you can watch the recording and do a catch-up 1:1 with Pam.
What if I miss a Wednesday practicum call?
Life and closings happen, and sessions are recorded, but this is a practice-based cohort, and the weeks where your listings are on the board can't be replaced by watching them. Come to as many as you can. Minimum attendance to the practicum to qualify to sit for your certification exam is twenty-eight (28) sessions.
Do I have to buy crystals?
No. Your cohort builds its own esoteric toolkit together in week three, and nothing here requires a shopping trip. It's a working kit, not a collection, and it lives in your car rather than on display.
Is certification guaranteed if I pay?
No. Certification requires completing the twelve weeks, a minimum of twenty-eight (28) practicum sessions attended (take as long as you need, there's no clock running), and passing a certification assessment. The credential means something because it isn't automatic.
Can I stop after the twelve weeks?
You can, and it costs you nothing extra either way, because the practicum is already included. The twelve weeks stand on their own: enough to use the method on your own listings, supervised, and 33% on anything you refer. However, to sit for our certification exam to be a fieldworker, you will need to attend a minimum of 28 practicum weeks.
Is my payment refundable?
No. There are no refunds and no cancellations, and that's deliberate. Energetically, once you start a program like this, it starts working on you whether or not you keep showing up. So be certain before you enroll rather than certain afterwards. It also matters practically: with limited seats, holding one means turning someone else away. If the timing isn't right, wait for the next cohort.
Do I work remotely, or walk the homes in person?
The method is taught so that it works remotely, which is how the training runs. You have the advantage of standing in your own listings anyway. Once you're a certified fieldworker, you set your own parameters.
How do the referral percentages actually work?
On finishing the twelve weeks you get an affiliate link and earn 33% of any clearing booked through it: useful when a client needs the work but you'd rather hand it to a practitioner than run it yourself. Once fully certified, that becomes 50%, and you're listed on our site as a practitioner clients can hire directly.
Not this cohort?
Seats fill fast, and the timing isn't right for everyone, especially in season. Leave your email, and we'll tell you when the next one opens; no other mail.
Limited seats. On purpose.
Every property we work on is one a participant brought, and everyone gets a private coaching session. That's the ceiling on how many people can be in the room: twelve Certified Fieldwork Facilitators at a time.
